Sometimes "Start Listing" Button do not respond

I am facing very weird problem. I am listing auctions and after listing 2 auctions, while trying to submit third auction, start listing button stop responding while other buttons like go back and edit etc work as usual. I went back and edit few things and try again but no response.
Its not even giving any error or message.

Is it that we can not list more than 2 auctions in a day? I am lifetime seller+.

Why it is happening?

Please help.
