When listing I offer an auction price and a buy now price to give buyers the option of how they buy.
I have a notice in place on all my listings saying I will be away from July 7th to 14th. I have not put a holiday notice on my items yet as it would be perfectly possible for a buyer to complete a purchase if they used buy now.
Unfortunately, a buyer has placed bids on some items with the last auction ending on July 10th.
Does anyone know how I can contact the buyer so that I can tell him about the delay in dealing with his purchases?
