Sales Notifications

I have had a couple of Paypal notifications that say 'XXXX on eBid' which suggest the items are sold through eBid. They are legit as I checked my Paypal account but there is no notification in my Dashboard or through email.

Is there a glitch? Is there an existing issue or way to resolve it?

This may seem a silly question, but is your Paypal email noted in your eBid account details?

As I've just had a sale and payment via Paypal for which I've had notfication from both eBid & Paypal.

There is no notification of a sale at all on eBid or by email from eBid. That's two sales. Put the last one down to a one-off but two is a pattern!

I think you would be better addressing eBid direct, either via email of the Contract Us form. They can better track the transactions send see where (if anywhere) things went awry. Admin spotting problems reported on this forum can be a bit hit and miss; it is only really suitable for non-urgent issues.

HI,

Should this happen to anyone else, it is to do with having Instant Payment activated. The sale is cancelled if payment has not been received within 30 minutes.
Even though I did receive payment, it has been assumed that they have paid me directly?!
