I only leave a neg if they don't pay and never in retaliation on any site.
That's bananas! Sellers have work and family to attend to so we have to give each other a few days to actually post. I only chase up on items that I haven't received after 4 or 5 days and even then it's just a polite email. I've received lots of items that were not marked as sent but still arrived.
then your leaving yourself open for negative FB/ causing the buyer frustration, imagine a new buyer to ebid who does not hear there item has been posted. they have already took a risk by buying on a new site, the first thing any seller should do is make contact giving the buyer the shipping details,
Buttons case is a case in point, nervous buyer,demanding buyer, not thinking buyer, not took the time to check the site out buyer, its also ridiculous buttons got a neg for no contact within two hrs, but thats what some people are like,

Surely most people have used TOS already before buying here.
98% of the time I've ordered on TOS, I've paid and got the item without an email from the seller. I sometimes get the 'Your item has been shipped' email from Ebay/PayPal but I think that's only if they've used PayPal postage.
I always contact the buyer to thank them for their purchase & to let them know their item has been shipped. A happy buyer is more likely to return to buy again.
