Payment not Automatically Adding to Sale

Hi,

This might be linked to the issues I had a few weeks ago?!

Recently I have had to add Payment Made to the sale instead of it being added automatically. It's not a big issue as Paypal send email notifications, but it might be connected to the issues I had with Instant Payment option.

So because Payment is not added automatically I cannot use Immediate Payment Required which means I now have the return of NPB's.

Is the payment not adding automatically a glitch, does anyone else get it? Is it something that's being looked at?

Can you login to your account at PayPal and then visit this page

Set the dates so that they encompass the sale dates.
Let us know what is shows, is there any history showing? A screenshot of the page will be very helpful. If there is history there can you click on the "Message ID" of the transaction that is missing (this will show in the email that you mentioned PayPal sent you to notify you of the sale) and screenshot that page also.

Can you let is know what is on this page. Is it set to "Receive" or "Do Not Receive" .. is there a URL in the box?
