Postal address different to registered address on Ebid or PayPal

Seeking advice. Sold an item and paid for via PayPal. Yet customer has asked me to send their purchase to an unregistered address. Wasn't sure I wanted to do this so asked them to let me their address registered with Ebid or the one registered with PayPal. This was ignored and another address was given. So far they have provided 3 different addresses other than their registered addresses??? Appreciate someone elses's opinion here? I would rather cancel the sale and reimburse them as I feel there is something amiss?

both PP and ebid reg address should be the same , if there genuine they should get back to you and confirm they will update there address on which ever site needs updating , if its the PP address thats out of date there card will not be verified , and you say theres a 3rd address advised to post too, id refund straight away and block them unless they get the first two address the same and tell you so, this is the time of year scammers are active

Thanks for the advice - decided to cancel sale and refund buyer. No protest from them so far...waiting for their reaction.

Always send to address on file with paypal, if you ship to any other address that is not on file with paypal you will not be covered by their seller protection.

This has happened to me once and was the strangest thing... A buyer emails me and wants the item shipped to another address but the same last name, I figured it's someone in the family. Anyway, I refused and shipped to the address provided by Paypal. Later on I'm checking with my buyer and offering a shipping label to another address. The buyer acts lke they have no clue what I'm talking about. A positive feedback. I think that someone else used their email address or it was hacked. Go figure.
