Ken ~ Good News and ??? bad news? I can see your About Me page - and you're not struck off! There's a relief!
I can't see ANY of your items though (or Store), either on AU site or UK. If you put u:hitw73 into eBid search box can you get to your All About Me etc so you can see for yourself? (see pics below)

Hurry up & get it sorted ~ can't be doing with my favourite "Sir" being AWOL. (Have you paid your dues, ie Invoice?)

All tickets get replies so you should have had one. Can you let me know the ticket IDs and I'll make sure we received your requests.

I would just reset at http://www.ebid.net/au/help/forgotten-password/ and you should be ok to go. We don't have access to users passwords so can't run any tests I'm afraid.
