Searching for stamps on ebid

people in the UK generally search for stamps using Stanley Gibbons abbreviated to SG which is the main catalogue listing for stamps in the UK and in the USA use Scott abbreviated Sc followed by the catalogue number.

if I search for say SG2157 as opposed to SG 2157 (ie) with a space between SG and the catalogue number i get different results, if i do this same search on the various competitor sites i get the same results whatever i type,

this is a very serious weakness in the ebid search and if it extends to how information is uploaded to google would negatively affect how people would find listings on ebid.

Gazza what is the position with regards to how things are uploaded to google?

and please sort out the search issue on ebid

it really is very important for the search results to be able to include SG1 as much as SG 1 as the same result same with Sc 1 and Sc1

please can you get this sorted out asap and also deal with ensuring that any uploads to google address this issue
