Possible photo upload problem

Hi everyone,

If you have a spare second can you try to click on the "CHOOSE PHOTO" button on the listing form, we've had a user report the screen freezing and the overlay not loading as it should.

We've tried to replicate the problem over and over and have had not luck.

Have tried With Windows 10 and 7, using Both MS browsers, together with Firefox and Google Chrome - no problems. Also tried on two flavours of Linux using Firefox and Chrome. No problem found here. either.

I listed a couple of new items using "List similar" in My Listings. Changed photo. No problem.

Which upload method is in question; advanced, simple, or webcam?

Its a case of the overlay (the upload image page that sits on top of the listing form) not showing at all.

Is the member using one of the accepted image formats?

The only issue I can find is when using my tablet (Kindle Fire). The My Gallery overlay loads but will not scroll to allow access to the images in the gallery. The actual image upload function works, just cannot access them once uploaded. Forcing the view mode to 'Desktop' does allow the overlay to be scrolled and an uploaded (or pre-existing) image to be selected.

The problem was down to a Google Chrome browser extension "HTTPS Everywhere". We're working on a fix.
