I remember when we first "went in" Prices rose immediately "because of the new systems"
As soon as we joined "The common market" Our sea beds were irreparably damaged by huge numbers of foreign fishing fleets and their factory ships. We lost our Fishing Industry.
We weren't self sufficient in food production but by golly we had an efficient Farming Industry. Then European subsidies were available. Hedges ripped out, Factory farming started and we ended up with soil erosion, assorted health problems and now a decline in the farming industry. It's just too complicated for small holders and small farmers to compete with "The big Boys" and Europe.
We already have trade agreements with South American countries, Canada, Australia New Zealand and African countries as well as the Far East we can renegotiate trade agreements with European countries too. I can't see us not trading at all. I certainly wouldn't like to see the USA dictating our trading conditions.
Oh and the NHS. We have something the world admires, it brings many people to our shores hoping to benefit from this amazing resource. Without it our citizens would discover the worry and despair of not being able to afford ill health.
Common sense , pride in our Sovereignty and democracy is at the basis of my vote. We survived OK before. Nobody really knows what will happen either way so I am all for being British first and European second.

Either I've missed the joke or that image doesn't tally with your views.

I half caught a bit on the news last night about somewhere that had been made to withdraw information leaflets showing how to complete the polling form with an image of a hand+pen putting a cross in the Remain box.

Just checked the one that came with mine (which surprisingly hadn't made it into the shredder) and it didn't show the bias. Just showed an image of the polling form with the instruction to put a cross in the desired box.

Funny how these 'unfortunate incidents' all seem to favour the Remain side. Now if I had a suspicious mind....
