clever but no prizes minsters appointed to the council are not representative of the uk government , they do not debate uk issues they debate eu issues, they do report to the uk government ,

no it does not the pm appoints ministers every school boy knows this, who then decides who he sends to the council, the council dictates the type of representative the pm sends,

They might decide to return to UK or they might be forced to return. What would the immigration figures look like then?

For once that is down to the incompetence of our government and even I can't blame the EU.

    I do not twist facts.

The British Prime Minister sends to the EU Council Groups those Ministers that hold the same portfolio in Westminster as is the subject matter of the Council Groups.

There is no Fourth Reich in Brussels. That is people engaging in fantasy and distorting facts to suit the fantasy.

It was the UK, not the EU, not Germany, that invaded Iraq illegally and helped to wreck the country.

It was the UK, not the EU, not Germany, that turned the UN mandate to protect the Libyans in Benghazi into illegal full scale regime change and helped to wreck that country.

It was the UK, not the EU, not Germany, that funded terrorists illegally to oppose the Assad Government in Syria to achieve regime change and helped to wreck that country and to cause the refugee crisis.

If there is one country in the EU that does destroy countries, it is the UK with its imperialistic foreign policy that has no respect for the sovereignty of other nations.

The E.U. - "the flagship of democracy" but the British people have had no voice and no choice for over 40 years? Hundreds of thousands of people died to protect our freedom in 2 World Wars. Now we no longer govern our own country & people actually support that. Genius! Maybe we can take some tips on democracy from North Korea?

    I've started mugging Remain supporters.
    .
It's great. You take £350 from them, give them half back, tell them how they must spend it and they don't call the cops as they think it's ok.

They also thank me and beg me to mug them again next week.

Just watching John Major on TV. Doesn't he walk funny? I wonder if Edwina Currie is responsible for that?

I really don't like either side using the war dead to support their cause. The vast majority died because they were sent by politicians to fight in a war started by politicians; their highest aim being to survive it rather than some higher ideal.

I liked your 'mugging' bit though.

Cheers for the laugh Patriot, though I think you're being far too generous giving them half back
