I would personally like to see a United States of Europe, with a properly elected President.

She also said that the Brexit campaign had become toxic and xenophobic. The continuous barrage of propaganda about immigration has prevented rational and reasoned discussion of the broader facets of the debate.
In another context, it could be said the the killer of Jo Cox had been radicalised

Then vote Remain, because that will be what you will get if we stay in - apart from the 'properly elected' bit. We won't have the hassle of voting at all then.

When she spoke on TV she said it was the poster that was the trigger. I suppose she, like many others on the Remain side, don't want immigration discussed because they have no answer to it. It also lays waste to all those years screaming 'racist', 'xenophobe', 'bigot', 'Little Englander', and the like at people who dare raise the issue to cow them into silence. Such words have lost all meaning as they are now just used as weapons.

The killer was radicalised years ago. Being made to feel a second class citizen in his native country likely did that - a lesson that should have been learned from the start of the last war.

What a ridiculous argument, in defence of a killer. That means the disabled are radicalised, the LGBT community, the poor, the fat, the smokers et al.
