Who buys vinyl records? any one on here?

Purchased a few at Auction Just wondered if they sell on Ebid as There's about 1300 of them and wanting to know if the interest is about as its a lot of listing!

It would seem that none of us do, but I was talking to the volunteer in one of our Hospice shops who does for vinyl what I do for stamps & coins and they sell a lot of them in the specialist shop (it does books, postcards and media stuff)

Vinyl is reported to be making a comeback. Though some never let it go as they felt digital was too 'clinical' and lost an intangible something that analogue had.

Whether that comeback will be reflected in the second-hand market remains to be seen.

The bulk market is also the youth market. They may likely have no interest in the kind of music originally created on vinyl.

It depend on who and what they are, i still use vinyl as CD 's are crap, IMO

I would buy LP's if they were in good condition & of a genre I was interested in.
I have a large-ish vinyl collection but have never listed any due to the shipping costs from here.
I agree they could be making a comeback (with the retro crowd) & may well be worth the effort Red
I believe vinyl prices have increased lately, down here at least.

I have never listed any either OLD and have no intention of doing, my daughter in law smashed my Hi Fi unit to bits when i was ill and not watching what was going on so now am trolling OS looking for a similar one
