    Angry Don't you just hate...

Don't you just hate it when people move and don't change their address on here? Now I have to email them to get their correct address, repackage the mdse, and pay postage again. Dang it! What's wrong with people?
    Rant over.
    Everyone have a great day!

You have my sympathy. I think the customer should foot the bill for the postage. It's their fault

I wouldn't pay the second postage. I would offer them the chance to have the item sent again if they pay postage or a refund of the purchase price less the original postage.

If they pay with PP always make sure the address are the same, if not email and ask which is correct, if they are the same but turn out to be wrong the buyer should be responsible for the mistake and pay to reship. Can't you put the new label over the old and not have to repackage? Also the address should have been changed at the postoffice and I think they forward for 1 year so it must be a really old address.

A good reason not to state 'Free Postage' on items?

I've had an item returned as "not deliverable". The next address "lost" the item.. then she asked for a refund. She got one but she is on my blocked bidder list
