I opened a bookstore on ebid very recently. I cannot find it. Title as above, where have I gone wrong? I am not very computer literate so please answer in simple English. Help appreciated, regards, Babs.

If you leave your store empty, then it will automatically close after a certain amount of time (I think it is within 24hrs)
or
Check your eBid Store Status is 'online'.

Either way, you need to have something in your store to stay online.

Have you added any listings to your store? If not, it won't be online.
