Luckily our account is OK but if we have any problems will transfer the whole lot back to Lloyds...........
I received an email to contact them. Now.....if my card has been blocked, why could they not say so instead of keeping me hanging on the phone for ages. When I finally got through, I was told they would pass the information onto the card people. What a cock-up!
Like you, Annie, if I have any problems, I shall switch back to Lloyds.
Turns out OH had a a warning text to check account and to report any unauthorised transactions. Considering it's a joint account, I didn't receive a text !

Tesco bank have suspended all online bank transactions but you can still use your chip & pin card.

I would still check. My on-screen balance is as it should be. However, just tried to get cash out and pay by my debit card in the supermarket only to find my card blocked
Fortunately I have another bank account otherwise I would have no means of payment. New cards, according to the taped phone message, will take between seven and ten days!!!!
New bank account opened this morning, switch from Tesco asap.
Our account is OK and we used OH's debit card in Lidl this morning with no problem.
BUT I've resurrected my old Lloyds account - just in case.
