​Have you put the word 'EXEMPT' in the bar code box ?

I have only looked at one of your items (the book) and noticed that in the barcode section you have entered "none" qualify for GS this section should read EXEMPT if no barcode or ISBN is available. Also I presume you have selected the checkbox for GS in your account settings. If not items are not selected automatically.
