thank you I had my first sale today but the buyer did not read the shipping where it says to contact us for proper shipping charges and now my invoice says $0.01 for shipping to Brazil what do I do if you could help please

Over here Australia Post have a booklet with shipping zones around the world and cost from letter to parcels based on weight. Do you have something similar in Canada that you can get from your local post office.

if they have already paid you could send a PP invoice for the shipping, if they haven't paid you could send a PP invoice for the full amount, you could do that from PP not ebid, if the buyer insists you send for a penny , you can suck up the loss or refuse to send, if you refuse to send you might get negative FB but as the buyer did not wait for a invoice and/or did not contact you for shipping costs as in your terms and conditions on the item page, then you could ask for a review of the FB.

use your post office to get shipping rates for around the world, at the very least get the shipping near the mark, then you wont be losing money, you can bet if the buyer thinks shipping is to much thwy will contact you, your a professional seller theres no excuse for not making a attempt to get the shipping on the listings.
