I do see that you have a notice saying to contact you first for shipping.
However, this method is not always reliable and many buyers don't bother reading full descriptions.
You do charge .01 for shipping in your shipping terms and this is what the buyer will home in on and take advantage of.
When you create a listing, there is a shipping option 'Not Known' which you should use, if you don't have the time to calculate shipping costs to all the countries you ship to.

    Hope this helps.

Information about lettermail / letter-post and shipping parcels can be found on the Canada Post website. For Canadian destinations (items classed as parcels) a person has to use a postal code and then enter the dimensions and weight of the parcel. Rates vary quite a bit. For United States and other countries, it goes by country alone. There is a country class code. Shipping to the United Kingdom is different than shipping to Australia.

For some lighter and smaller items going to international destinations, a person can use "small packet". In some cases I can send an item overseas or to the United States for less money than it would cost to some destinations in Canada. Also, be careful to watch for "air" and "ground" rates. It all gets a little confusing for me at times.

Edited to Add. When using lettermail / letter-post for light items that are not paper ... let's say a coin / lapel pin / etc. weighs 25 grams and can go in an envelope. A person has to use the up to 100 gram rate (for Canadian destinations) because it is not paper. It can go lettermail in Canada but must go small packet rate to other destinations and it needs a sticker / declaration for customs.

you allow shipping to different countries on the listing form so if you tick all the boxes you allow pretty much the whole of the world, if you wish to limit the countries dont tick the box, if you tick the continent box this will over rule a country you have not ticked so be aware of that,

If the item has not been paid for then you are able to send an invoice with a negative discount to add an amount to the total.

Thanks, Gazza. That's another thing that I didn't know.

The item in question that has been sold is a German N*zi SS Ring.

Are we all happy about that sort of item being traded on eBid? As far as I am aware that would be a banned item.

The seller is selling a lot of these SS death rings, as well as other N*zi goods - pins, collar tabs, arm bands....etc etc

Certainly not happy about these items being sold here and surprised that eBid allow them to be listed.
