    Did the traditional food back in November at a hotel.

    First meal for 25th December is Frog and Ginger

    Roast Turkey Crown, roast spuds,carrots & parsnips, red cabbage & apple, stir-fried Brussels with bacon, and lots, lots of gravy

    Apple Strudel with ice-cream.

    Don't think we'll need to eat until next week at this rate !

    I think I have got a bit OTT i must have thunked i was still working in a banqueting suite and got carried away creating, think i will be plating up for tomorrow as well.

    Turkey, crockpot dressing, yams, carrot / peas / corn mixed, white potato and then Saskatoon berry crisp for dessert. Actually, we ate it yesterday and today we will have some more. Then comes the turkey soup. Husband and I made it together and enjoyed our turkey for two. Husband and I do a lot of cooking together it seems.
