Can't list using Chrome

Bumping........My turn! a quick search of the forums reveal that I'm not alone with problems submitting listings with chrome! Will try incognito and or Firefox. ;-)

You could just stop using Chrome if it is so much of a problem.

I could only avoid Chrome by spending money on a laptop as I have a Chromebook that only has Chrome.

Becky kindly helped me with my photo adding issue but I'm back to being unable to list new auctions again

I listed two new ones this afternoon with Chrome and didn't have any problem. I wonder if it's anything to do with the new update being tested ?

HQ told me that nothing had changed at their end and your tip of increasing the resolution worked yesterday and for one listing today. Then the side bar scroll vanished again

Oh dear, I'm not techie enough to be able to suggest anything else other than the obvious clearing your cookies etc and then trying to resize things again. Hopefully someone else might jump in to help.

Just used 'Relist' from a previous YDC listing for the next YDC using Chrome with no problem.

This is what happens when I try to list using Chrome...

We're been investigating this, can you let us know at which exact stage this is happening.

If we start from the frontpage at www.ebid.net can you let us know the route you are taking. We are thinking it has to do with your description HTML. Could you try with all 3 different Description Editors.

If you are using saved data or previous data then let us know which so that we can replicate exactly what you are doing and hopefully we will hit the same wall you are.

Also can you go to THREE DOTS > HELP > ABOUT GOOGLE CHROME and let us know which version you are running.
