...as to why my thread observing the trend of the petition to government for a hard Brexit was deleted.
Forums are dead enough already without deleting what few posts there are made here.

Have already signed - and it's increasing daily. Doubt that it will have any impact on the situation, but at least it makes some sort answer to the endless Remainer manipulation of our exit.
Doesn't seem to be any good reason for your post to be removed - wonder if eBid is nervous that it could provoke Remainer Trolls to engage in some of the usual unpleasantness?
I didn't see any replies to that post....maybe the post evaporated through lack of use...lol
i can't see any reason unless a remainer reported it
I closed the thread as I wasn't interested in re-running the Brexit debate. It was purely an observation that it mirrored the referendum result in that England (particularly the south and east) were the most hard line exiters.
No replies is no reason for removal; 'talking to yourself' has been in the past. The site linked to has been regularly linked to in the past (a certain user used to link to it almost daily to garner support for their left wing agenda).
Seems gossiping over the garden fence (fine for those who enjoy it) is all the forums are good for nowadays.
So sad from what this place used to be. Would be better if admin spent more of their time fixing the old site bugs and the new ones introduced with the last revamp.

There is another petition which asks for a referendum on the final brexit deal. This petition has more signatures than the one referred to in post 1.
Here is the link
