Store Will Not Go On Line

Hi.

Having problems getting my new store to go online.

Finished section 1,2,3 clicked Online and then realised you have to click the ofline to change it to online but after i went and uploaded some items with ninja they failed, log reads shop not online so went back clicked it again but every time i left and went back it was offline again any advise please

From what I remember empty shops only stay online for a short while (about 1hr I think). You currently have 1 item listed.

Put your shop online, then go to your live listing and edit it.

Near the top you should have a dropdown box to pick your store, and the another one with your shop catogories, fill these in and save the changes, your store should then stay online.

Then new listings will have these boxes available as you are listing.

Thanks for getting back, i have managed to sort the problem thank you.

Just for future reference i was using Microsoft Edge and thought i would give it a try with Chrome and Hey Presto, sorted, thanks again anyway.
