OK - I'm trying again and STILL coming up with all the same problems !
It's slowly driving me nuts !
I'm not stupid, I've designed several websites, had 3 blogs, written two e-books and sell on other online auction sites - but Ebid has got me stumped!
Everytime I enter something I get told ' enter this or that information' so I enter this or that information, upload, then get told to enter the same again, so I do it again, upload, and guess what ? get told to do it again. This is what I'm coming up against all the time.
So what I'm wondering is, and I know its a big ask, is there anyone who lives in the Telford area that could help me personally ? I'm not expecting a positive answer, but it really is my last try before I throw the computer out of the window closely followed by myself !
I've asked questions on the forums, but the answers don't quite fit the questions if you know what I mean.
So I won't hold my breath then .............. but if this fails I really will have to admit defeat.

How are you listing? are you importing? listing on the site itself? or via ninja lister?

Never mind listing ! I can't even get the store set up ! everything I do just doesn't have the desired/expected result !

How can they be showing when I deleted the shop before the weekend ?
I have no way of accesssing my store now from my end, it just isn't there - can't bring it back.
That was another problem, I couldn't 'see' what I had listed, no idea if it looked how I wanted it too, or if anything needed to be changed, just nothing from my end, searched for it but was told no store of that name (or something like that) - this is the sort of thing that's driving me crazy.
I have been trying to start again without luck.
I was blaming Ebid's software at first, (sorry) but of course it isn't that, there's enough of you out there selling on successful stores, so I can only assume that all problems are coming from this end - it's as if everything I do is blocked.

I can't understand that - according to the details here, I don't have a store anymore ! crazy isn't it ?
It seems I can't even delete it properly.

Well, then - don't delete it, just keep adding items! When a new store is set up it takes awhile for the items to show, I think. AND, the store won't show if there are no items in it.

Also, I really can't tell if your two dresses are in a store, or are just listed in clothing. What is the name of your store??

Don't throw yourself out the window. Have you clicked the help button at the top R of any page, then read through the FQ's on selling?

Well there you are you see, my store does 'did' have a name, - Pre-Loved Fashions' and I installed catagories, but they didnt' show either.
It seems that other people can find me, but I can't !
I also tried to 'view' my store when I put in two listings before going any further, online, but still nothing appeared in a search.
Also, if I deleted it, why is it still visible ?
Yes, I have read through instructions and watched some videos, but as I said nothing seems to work.
I really think I've given it my very best shot(s) now, I'm just getting more and more frustrated and probably annoying a lot of people with my questions.
It's a shame because I wanted to list lots more and take advantage of the full 5 stores.

I share your angst!!! I have put in a search for my store by using my id, and 12 items have come up which belong to everyone but me~~!

Just have to remember that buyers either click on your signature or search for item by key words. I have never searched by store.
