Question wanting to sell blacksmithing day courses, is it ok and where to put it

at my workshop we run one day blacksmithing courses either as 'ONE to ONE' or 'TWO to ONE' so either one person gets a day of personal instruction or two people ( husband and wife, father and son or two mates etc ).
at the moment they are sold on etsy and in person as a voucher valid for a year for a course to be arranged at a mutually suitable date.

Can I sell something like that here?

which category should it go in, was thinking of the crafts section maybe

anyone want to comment on this

I'm not sure if vouchers are allowed on here - someone more knowledgeable will be able to advise you.

I think it is a great idea. I am always searching for craft workshops - not blacksmithing unfortunately

I would think you could (having read the FAQs on selling), if you actually send via snail mail a certificate/voucher for the day's workshop. They don't like emailed vouchers. Not sure of the difference. But sounds like a great experience for those that take your class!
    Ta-Ta for now!

Come on, be adventurous and try something different. I'm sure you would make a great smithy.

Sounds like a great idea! I would probably contact support directly to make sure; and to get any additional guidance they might suggest.

The category I would recommend you explore is "Whatever's Left". I do not like the name of the category, but it contains a wealth of subcategories to select.

So Category Level 1: Whatever's Left

    Category Level 2: (Suggestions)
    1. Career Development & Education
    2. Personal Development
    3. Specialty Services
    4. Other

There are other subcategories listed; only you will be able to determine what is a good fit for what you are trying to do.

You can also go into each Level 2 category, for Level 3 subcategory suggestions.

Hope this helps with firming up categories. You can also use store categories to further differentiate your services.
