Is there a way to contact the buyer, i like to keep buyers updated on there purchase, also there are some items i sell that do not come with instructions and i usualy send them via message is there a way of doing this ?

Once you've received the 'You've made a sale' email from eBid, you will have your buyer's email and postal address.
Also found through the ASL on your eBid dashboard.
