eBid address and PayPal address not matching

New eBid buyer purchases and item and pays with PayPal.

eBid account is brand new.

eBid address doesn't match PayPal address but name does.

Buyer is in another country. I don't speak the language of the country and don't know if buyer is English speaking.

I send a message via eBid ASL and ask for clarification on the address.

No response.

What would you do? I'm tempted to send to the eBid address. I'm assuming that the buyer has moved and didn't change PayPal address. When this happens I'm never sure if it is something to be concerned about or not.

I always send an email as well as an ASL message when this happens and nine times out of ten they answer the email but not the message. I think some of the messages end up in spam folders when it's a newbie or guest buyer as their email settings are not set to allow donotreply messages from eBid !

You don't need to worry about the language just write out both addresses with 'which address ?', they will get the gist of what you are asking.

That is what I thought. I tried to research on PayPal website, but didn’t find it.

I also state that I ship to PayPal address on the About the Seller page and state that I need buyer confirmation of shipping address if they differ. If a buyer had a good reason and communicates with me, I will ship to another address.

I have just had this happen to me. I think I may know why. As a seller on here, I want my PO box to show as my address. But as a buyer, I want things shipped to my home address which is the PP address. When I went through the ASL to create a shipping label, it forwarded me to PP which populated the area with the PP address which is different than the one here on ebid. I sent an email, but if I do not hear back I will ship to the PP address. I wish ebid had a way to put in different addresses. I have one for shipping things to, and another for the return address on sales.
