New eBid buyer purchases and item and pays with PayPal.
eBid account is brand new.
eBid address doesn't match PayPal address but name does.
Buyer is in another country. I don't speak the language of the country and don't know if buyer is English speaking.
I send a message via eBid ASL and ask for clarification on the address.
No response.
What would you do? I'm tempted to send to the eBid address. I'm assuming that the buyer has moved and didn't change PayPal address. When this happens I'm never sure if it is something to be concerned about or not.
