    Default Back to Ebid

I used to buy and sell on Ebid, but stopped some time ago when life's priorities became re-arranged for me.

Lost my wife of 49 years last January, so need to rethink life's opportunities.

I thought I'd take another look at Ebid, and have just placed a bid on something. And I'm reassured and amused that a lot of the familiar names are still on the forums.
I used to join in with a lot of the chats at The Kitchen Table, and remember the drama of the Scottish Independence referendum, and that this was the one place
where you might hear the genuine opinions from well-informed Scots.

Don't know why I'm posting this really, except to say hello to everyone again, and I'm glad that the Ebid forums is still a friendly place.

    Best wishes to all.

This place has become a very "Safe Place"

It appears the old expression tell the truth and shame the devil no longer applies here.

Hi, welcome back. We joined around the same time. I have continued to list since then and despite a few lean years, things have been pretty good. This year so far has started off really good (Don't tell Sergeant Major Cornish).
Sorry to read about your wife. I hope things go well for you on your return. Remember you are among friends here.
