Shipping times during COVID-19 pandemic = Canada Post

I recently decided to order an item that I need from a UK seller (on another selling platform).

When I looked at her feedback there were several comments (and less than 5 star ratings) because the buyers were frustrated that their purchases took longer to arrive than they expected. I bought the item I need and she notified me that she shipped the next day.

The feedback prompted me to find this Canada Post link.

I was fairly sure that the last parcel I sent to Canada was self-isolating. It took forever but the recipient knew that it wasn't my fault.

I was fairly sure that the last parcel I sent to Canada was self-isolating. It took forever but the recipient knew that it wasn't my fault.

It looks to me like the seller that I purchased from got some unfair feedback. She clearly stated that the COVID situation was affecting shipping times, but the notice must have gone unread in some cases. I don't know where these buyers lived.
