Residential (registered account) and dilivereyu address

Greetings ALL, can any one tell me how I can make my delivery address different from my registered account address?

I live in a rural part of Tasmania and I need to have a post office box in the nearest town, that would be my delivery address as well as my postal address. I have searched and tried to find where, if any, I can set my delivery address to differ from my residential address.
