Paypal is the only payment provider which is integrated into eBid. However, eBid does not restrict payments. You just have to do the work yourself. Cheques, bank transfer, other payment providers, it's up to you. They're just not integrated.

I have used "Google Pay Send" and once signed up it works smoothly, without the PP drama. Biggest issue would be getting buyer to use it; buyer would also need to sign up for it.

Google Pay Send replaced Google Wallet, and is a special function in Google Pay. You would need to inform buyers in your About Me area, and encourage them to use it. It is as easy to use as PayPal. It would be helpful if eBid would consider offering integrated services for Google Pay/Google Pay Send.

I will need to update my "Google Wallet" entry on my About Me Page. :-)


P.S. They offer this payment method in 6 different languages. There is zero (0) fee to pay or receive money. All that is needed is an email addy.

To those of you that used to have Google Checkout accounts, you now have a G Pay account with very outdated info - as I've just discovered.
Still trying to work out how it works e.g sending a money request/invoice.

I'm curious, can I ask why you don't want Paypal? You may be losing sales if you don't accept it.

Well, some people can be cautious about the permanent link to their bank account; and in some cases, it's impossible to link your account to PayPal, and you're stuck with money you can only use online and not in real life (although that's not really present in Europe and the USA, for example, I'm originally from Belgium and will soon be back there, but right now, I'm in Russia, and Russian cards can't be linked to PP)
