It was only fixed for a short time... My buyer is locked out again..

Seems like every time she makes a purchase she gets locked out..

Hmmm.....punishment for buying? May be time to make other buying/selling arrangements. I would think eBid would welcome the sales. The only other explanation is that they believe their initial assessment of the situation is correct. If that is the case, then that might explain why the back and forth activity is happening. In any case, transparency is probably the best policy, as to avoid seeming spiteful. But I'm limited in that I don't really know the inside scoop. I hope you are able to work this situation out in a positive manner.

Thanks for the reply and the positive wishes.

Their initial assessment is clearly incorrect (they reversed that assessment) -
My belief is that some of their algorithms are not much good and do not serve a meaningful purpose here..

Spoke to my buyer today and she is unlikely to stay here on ebid.

I would like to stay here but having closed Two of my eBid stores here and moved those items and others to feebay and Stamporama ( where many of those items have already sold ) feebay have offered me unlimited listings (free of any listing fees) and of course there are no fees at all on Stamporama. The eBay offer is becoming harder to refuse as the problems here persist.

    Regards
    Steve.

Well Steve I would not like to see you leave eBid, as they need good sellers. I have always supported the idea of selling on different sites. There is nothing wrong with diversifying your sales efforts. I have always wanted to see more power sellers here; and more sellers in general with regular sales. eBid definitely needs more buyers, and they should be encouraged to stay. However things work out, or whatever you plan to do, I wish you well.]

That is ultra frustrating. Can you contact support again....or maybe post on Glitches? It's something they should fix. Ridiculous to have something like that happen once, let alone over and over.
    Ta-Ta for now!

Thanks for the input. Yep frustrating and time consuming, have posted on Glitches, support have been no help at all.

It seems that they just don't want to fix the issue or don't care about losing buyers or sellers.

    cheers
    Steve.

    Steve.

    Update::...

Kay (My Buyer) and I have been locked out for over two weeks now - Can't see admin doing anything for us.

Does not affect Kay ( I still supply her and two other buyers here ) she will cancel her a/c and the others will not join up.
I would like to stay but chances of that are less as the days go by.
There are over 500 people live here in this community several of the stamp collectors and I may start our own club.

    Cheers
    Steve.
