Importing Feedback from *bay isn't working

Greetings! I've just signed up here - a refuge from the dreaded *bay - been selling there since 1995 - and can't seem to get my feedback to transfer over - does it take a while or should 3 hours have been enough time to wait? I've followed the directions to the "T" - and even tried it twice. Anyone have any assistance tips for me on this? TIA -
