    Default Help

    Purchased an item before having an account and now that I've made an account the item is not showing up in my purchases. The item has not yet arrived a week later and my only recourse is currently to email the seller because at least Paypal recorded their e-mail for me. @_@ What do I do?

    I would email support@ebid.net and ask if the item can be put onto your new account. You should still be able to get to the item details though via the emails you were sent at the time of purchase.
    If the item doesn't arrive then you will still be covered by Paypal and you can open a dispute to get your money back.
