Bin/google shopping

hi all, i have two questions, im an ebay refugee, ive been on ebid for a while for buying but never sold anything through choice.

so my questions are. i had an item unsold, and i upgraded it to be featured and entered a bin option with brand and skua as required, but so far nothing has appeared on google shopping - have i missed anything?

secondly, i have a load of ebay auctions which i tried to move across onto ebid but i continually get the error message file format not supported.

anybody with advice on either of the above would be appreciated.

hi, thank you for replying, no i have not, ive only a basic ebid account which i have had for years. does setting up a store cost? and would it let me import ebay data/appear on Google as at the moment i am creating each listing manually/one by one. cheers. Rob.

one of my items took 3 days to appear there, the rest within a few hours, some are appearing in google images ..so all good sop far .

I've just joined ebid, I an here because I wanted to get on Google shopping, I so far have uploaded 270 items in a week, I have thousands I want to list, however I'm thinking of not uploading anymore as I've not appeared in Google shopping yet unless I also key in the word "ebid",I don't think people are not going to key that in Google shopping?. So I then did a search for other items and found ebid never appears in Google shopping items, maybe sometimes in Google images. I keyed in simple things like funny t shirt. I'm thinking I'm not getting what I signed up for and that was to get on shopping.

I have searched for some of my listings on google shopping and cannot find them and you are correct that unless you search for ebid nothing comes up, ebid does not even come in the list of sellers which appear down the side of the page, this topic has been raised before.

to get your items listed in google shopping in the ISBN/UPC/EAN/MPN (Barcode) box type EXEMPT

Of course, this is true if your item does not have a ISBN/UPC/EAN/MPN (Barcode).

I have isbn numbers where applicable and exempt on others does not seem to make any difference

hi, im new on here and i tried listing with the barcodes for google shopping with no result after several days. however, i did find in the help pages here if you type in exempt it will appear, which it did after about an hour with a link to ebid, if i click on google shopping and type in the brand name of my item i get a list of images which appears almost at the top and steadily climbing views, but ebid does not appear on the list to the left. i hope that helps anybody.

i just had another look at this at several auctions not my own, most are ebay related, but i did find abebooks uk listed which also does not appear on the left hand tick list option.
