Feedback tip for new sellers
If you are new here, you may not realise that it is possible to change the feedback you leave for someone. So... they pay, you leave positive feedback, they return the item damaged or otherwise misbehave - you can change the positive to negative and edit your comment. As this is not possible on the market leading site, you may not know this.

May I also add that you also get a decent amount of space to leave your comment. Don't know how many exactly, but I've never yet run out of characters.
I usually leave FB for my buyers when I post the item and use the postage receipt as a check-list, ticking off "FB", "Photos" (a reminder to delete them after about a month) and "Delivery Date".
Leaving FB for all my buyers is also a good way to keep a count of my sales when less than half of them leave me FB and "Sold" items drop off the record after 90 (?) days.

Exellent tips thank you. Not being used to these they aren't something I'd of even checked on.
