Glitches with payments or NPB?

I've made my 2nd sale after a rather long dry spell so am happy about that but knew not to throw a party until I get payment!

The 1st has had plenty of time and reminders so sure it is a NPB, the 2nd is still in limbo, no payment but only invoice and 1 reminder sent so still holding out hope. Both were new members so wondering if there is some problem with making payments now. I will gladly work with any buyer to help them navigate the system but just wondering if that is the problem.

There might be a slight problem. eBid is doing some integration of stripe payment

I recently had a sale and it went through Paypal with no problem.

Thanks. Did you send an invoice through PP or Ebid?

The buyer paid automatic. (I did not send any invoice)

Since these did not pay immediately I sent an invoice but never got any response.

I have sent both buyers invoices through paypal so will wait to see if that helps.

One of these PP invoices has been paid haven't ask yet if they had a problem paying here.
