Thread: Extremely low view rate

  1. #1

    Default Extremely low view rate

I have listed 7606 items. Listed on the site and on the store.
Zero sales, but I can understand: I'm here since less than one month

But the strange is items have in most part ZERO views !

Peraphs the traffic on Philately is very low ? Or my listing is wrong ?

On other sites I sell as usual

    Check under HELP section
Click Starting Listings, Selling & eBid Stores

    Scroll down to #49 section and read . . . .
    * I would change the "Run Until Sold" to ?number of days and reposting to 10.
This will give a "fresh" listing to google.
I have my at 30 days, 10 times reposting. So basically, I have to update the posting within 10 months unless I am doing a lot of updating of listings.
Or have a mixture of Run until sold and repostings or . . . you decide.

Remember, you have to promote your store on social media.
Whether it's instagram, facebook, pinterest or a "money collectors group".

    Just my thoughts
    Good Luck

thanks for help and suggestions !

But it's a little bit complicated method

I need to rewrite the software used to list items here

    Update

    Deleted all items and relisted
On the search, results are ordered by end time. And obviously auctions items appear first

    No chance

Could it be something as simple as your store name being Italian? We spell it with a "Ph". Looking at "Ebid Stores" under Stamps, yours is not on the list.

I don't have a store but know that as you are Seller+ you can have up to five. Would it be possible to open another shop with the English version (philatelydesimoni or similar) to put those items you will post to the UK in?

Someone with better knowledge of how to run a store will be able to tell you the best way to do this without having problems with duplicate listings??

I have a store, but I don't know why if I look into stores in "Stamps" I see 2 stores only and not I!
When I list items I use this method:
    1) Title translated in english
    2) description in english, french, german and italian

If I look for the store name "filateliadesimoni" I see my store with all items

I'm the writer of the software and I can make any changes without problem

    UPDATE
the store is now on "Stamps" in the stores list under "eBid stores"

You may also want to check the Barcode and brand sections - Many times they are not entered when importing which will effect your google shopping views

Check under the Help Section - FAQ
    Under Selling and starting listings.....
Under #48 What is send to Google shopping
"D) Custom Made, One of a Kind, Vintage, Collectable, Comics with 17 digit UPC codes
Add the text EXEMPT (does not have to be uppercase) as your barcode."

there is what is required for a store to be included in the google shopping
I think you need to change your Barcode from none to Exempt

    ??????

I'm not sure on the Brand -
?? Would using that stamps country due ?
Does anyone have an answer if this is okay?

I did some Pinterest pinning of some items from

    filateliadesimoni, theElench, BordersBargains

See if we can get some views to our listings.

As for the branding on stamps, sometimes I put the issuing authority - Royal Mail or Australia Post for example - but mostly I go with unbranded - it saves time.
