Help! Sold an item but it wont show up as sold!

I sold an item the listing is closed but it wont show up under sold. it is staying under bid received. the buyer wants to know when he can pay for this but i am unable to send an invoice.

The buyer should be able to be able to pay from his dashboard under Bought/Purchase.

I don't do auctions, but check under Bids rec'd and see if there is any options.
I really think the items should be under the SOLD section where you can use the pull down menu to send an invoice.

( I know I had a seller that didn't pay and it shows under the SOLD section )
