Windows 10 vs Windows 11

Recommendations needed for choosing Windows 11 update vs Windows 10.
I can't stand Win 10,; is Windows 11 better?

My partner is lost using Windows 11 and I have to go and sort things out regularly.
For example, shut down and sleep are in a new place and difficult to find; it can be a struggle to find some apps/programmes that used to be obvious

Oh dear, I've been vaguely aware that there was a W11 "available" as MS told me when it does updates. Periodically they update "Photos" and ruin my filing system one way or another.

Have they made any drastic changes to photos that you've noticed??

I'm still in the process of downloading and trying to get familiar with some of their features.
