How do you cancel a sale.

I've been asked to cancel a sale and I am happy to do so. There is a cancel this sale option on the pull down menu next to the sale. I've clicked on it 4 times now, each time I was taken to the after sales log where there is no option (nothing obvious anyway) to make the cancellation happen. It's still sitting there in my sales list.

I believe that you need to contact Support and ask them to cancel the sale.
