I think it would be great is Ebid themselves could choose a few listings from select sellers and pin some of their listings and more the varied they are the more attention the site will see

I think it would be a nice and quick thing for them to do on a daily basis.
But I really don't understand not to at least let the sellers do "the work".

This activity would get the search engines active and looking at eBid.

Does eBid have these accounts?

Can anyone post to these sites on eBid's accounts?

Can you post about eBid, items for sale or ? eBid related to get some activity coming from those sites?

From what I remember seeing some Facebook for selling sites that some "members/posters" would have pictures of their items for sale.
Can this be done on eBid accounts and to get the search engines active for this place ? ?

Under eBid HELP, click, scroll down to eBid Social Sites - can then click on different links to eBid Social pages.

Several years ago there was a member of staff covering Social Sites, but those sites have now changed and are now longer such a good vehicle for linking to (as ever, everything has to be monetised for the greater earnings of these places - hence, my doubt about Pinterest's direction now).
Have read postings of Facebook being difficult with numbers of listings (not sure myself, I haven't tried it 'cos I don't like F'b following me everywhere and everything taking ages to load because you have to wait for F'b to catch up).

You all might as well go and do a car boot sale, where you will find that people have to pay to get in. The equivalent of paying postage for an item they already have no intention of buying in the first place unless it's 10 pence
