If someone makes an offer.....

... and my settings mean it is auto declined, does ebid tell me about it? please?

I received an email from eBid today telling me that I had an offer on an item. It did not say that the offer as declined. Then I checked on My eBid Dashboard under Offers Made and it shows that the offer was declined.
