Outrageous Shipping Calculations

First off please forgive me - I am very new with eBid and I am sure that someone, somewhere, has approached this situation before. When using calculated shipping (FedEx) the displayed shipping charges are hideously high.

Is it possible to display the commercial rates, not the retail rates?

I don't use Fedex for post cards ... but you can add your own postal rates/charges as well as methods of delivery, can't see the problem...

I have been selling online since 2000 and one thing I learned on other platforms is to use USPS for light under a pound item. FedEx for 1-3 pounds and UPS for heavier items
