'Make an Offer' woes

Offer system not working ... I still get offer reminders even when they are auto-declined!

Also the reminders are not timely ... last night at midnight (while I am sleeping!) two offers were made and I get an offer reminder 1 hour later - whaaa! ... then another reminder at 6am - I am still sleeping!

Review and update well overdue wouldn't you say!

I've had so few offers that I can't comment - but some of the notification emails arrive at the oddest intervals
