Sale notifictaions

Hi
For some reason i am no longer receiving Email notification when a sale is made or a question is asked, I have checked my settings and all the correct boxes are ticked for notifications but still i am not receiving any where as i used to.
Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you

This happened to me a while back, for some reason my email service was diverting some ebid messages to my Spam folder. I have no idea why as others were sent to my in-box as normal.

I'm getting the support emails through ok but they are all. They have replied but all the relevant notification boxes are ticked.
Hopefully it will come right i hope.

This is the only email i have used for Ebid for the past 13 or so years and all was working fine until a few weeks back,
Hopefully its just a short term glitch of some sort as i have not changed any settings or anything, i will log out out and back in see if that helps.

Hi Mark,

We fixed a problem where some notifications were incorrectly being unticked on the MY EBID > MY NOTIFICATIONS page when the form was updated. We have updated everything back.

This has been fixed for a couple of weeks now so this may have been the source of the problem, it was only a handful of people affected though.

I am still not getting any notifications and none of my items are getting uploaded to google shopping, in fact the upload my items to google shopping default setting is on NO and is greyed out so i can't even select the option to upload to google shopping, i have emailed you about this but its still not resolved, Also if a item i purchased on here doesn't turn up what do i do to get a refund?
