Fraudulant Buyer

A buyer purchased an item on January 18. Item was sent. Haven't had any contact with buyer since transaction was completed. In April I was notified a case had been opened; the buyer was requesting a refund which was recently granted. How do I open a fraud case against her? Thanks.

Not sure about US law, but in UK if you have not posted with proof of delivery, then an allegation of not received is your responsibility

If it was a Paypal payment then you need to take it up with them.
