no problem at all. Hope something will help.Be sure to buy essential oils not fragance oils. It's worth paying the little extra for a good oil as although the smell maybe the same it's the trace elements from the plants etc that are important. A little bottle costs about £3 but last a while.

Thanks for the info i will look into trying some real soon and appreciate all the help given as i know a little about this subject but just a few basic herbs etc and have not had a great deal of time to get rearly into it (YET)

Hey Heartfirepr there is a plant you can find in the garden which is good for headaches and migrains etc and at the presant time i cant remember the name but will try to remember it as soon as i can and will add it here and you can eat it straight from the garden but it is not recomended due to a foul taste lol so alot of people tend to add it to a salad in small doses to disguise the taste and after a while the effects are great as i have tried it in the past and grow it in my garden for such times of need

GRRRRRRRRRRR still trying to remember the name of it GRRRRRRR

ohhh i think its in one of my groups in a gerdening section and will have a look for it in a while

OHHH a quick warning about FEVERFEW ....Please only take small amounts ( They say a little every other day and it will build up in your system and prevent headaches etc) as if you eat to much it might cause the RUNS
