DON'T THINK THEY ARE ABLE TO CHIP PS 2'S AS YET. SOMEBODY TOLD ME THEY COTTONED ON TO THE CHIPPED PS ONE'S AND MADE THE SECOND EDITION SO THEY COUD NOT BE CHIPPED! AS WE HAVE A CHIPPED PS 1 AND AN 'ORDINARY' PS 2.

[Just buy a Hard drive (maxtor 40g to 120g) , a network adapter and HD loader. Why bother chipping and invalidating your warranty when you can legally install the hard drive and save your entire games to it and run them from it.
