It seems I have to post a message on the forum and move through a process to get a phone number so that I can find out what's wrong. I'm a new Seller+. I set up a store. It will not go online after I spent hours setting up everything including getting the logo to the requisite pixel W x H. Why? So I go to the regular sell items and do that but I do not get thumbnails that are due to a Seller+. Why? And everything else costs the same as or more than Ebay but I already paid to be Seller+. Why? (I feel like a 2-year-old with the why's but the FAQs do not have answers. Unlike a two-year-old, I spent money to be a Seller+.)

What do you mean a phone number to find out what's wrong? If you need to contact Support you do it via the Help pages. If you haven't managed to get your store online yet, go to MY EBID>MY EBID STORES (L/H SIDE OF PAGE)>CHOOSE STORE TO CONFIGURE (TOP R/H SIDE OF PAGE)> If your store is showing OFFLINE in the eBid Summary, go to section 2 and click on the ONLINE button, then on the UPDATE button. Store should be now be online.

I also highlighted the last part of your post because to say I was surprised would be an understatement! eBid's fees are nowhere NEAR feebays! The most you will be charged on here is a 2% (TWO PER CENT) FVF when you sell your item - and that's regardless of whether the item cost 50 pence or 50 quid! If you wish to include EXTRAS in your listings, then yes, you will pay a small fee - again nowhere near feebay! You can also relist to your hearts content - at no extra cost!

As for feeling like a two year old - all I can say is JOIN THE CLUB. I think it's safe to say - without generalising - that the majority of members felt the same way at first. I know I did! Don't be afraid to ask for help. Advice is ALWAYS freely given on these forums. There are also loads of FAQ's and How To Videos and I noticed that another member has already given you the link for Astral's Knowledge Base. This was an extension of my hand when I started at first. It's got LOADS of info.

Once you get yourself sorted and start finding your way around, you'll be fine. Be sure to visit the Forums, especially the Kitchen Table. But the best advice I can give you is to always ASK if you have problems.
